At Healthy Mobility, we stand firmly behind the quality of every product we offer. However, we recognize that preferences can change, and sometimes, items may not meet your expectations. That's why we've implemented a convenient 30-Day Return Policy. If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you wish to return an item for any reason, simply reach out to us at

sales@healthy-mobility.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the return process with detailed instructions.

Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) at our warehouse, we'll promptly send you an email notification confirming the processing of your return payment.

It's important to note that for a refund to be issued, the returned item(s) must arrive back at our distribution center in "Like New" condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories, and showing no visual signs of usage. If you encounter any issues during the return process, please don't hesitate to contact us at

returns@healthy-mobility.com with your order number for assistance. We aim to simplify this process for you as much as possible.

Handling Damages

Should your product arrive damaged, please make a note of it immediately upon delivery and send photos to

sales@healthy-mobility.com on the same day. Healthy Mobility covers the shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. Remember to retain all original packaging for items that need to be returned, and ensure all returns are authorized by our customer service department before processing.

We are committed to ensuring that you receive your ordered product promptly and in perfect condition. Items damaged after use are typically non-refundable unless covered under warranty.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team via email or phone at the earliest opportunity to avoid incurring return shipping fees. Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund, while those canceled after shipment will follow our 30-day Return policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

Additional Return Policy Details

Any exceptions to our standard return policy will be clearly stated in the product descriptions or specific return information.

Certified pre-owned or used products are ineligible for return.

Healthy Mobility sells to customers who intend to use the item(s) for their entire economic lifespan. Items purchased for single or temporary use, such as for trade shows, conferences, or promotional purposes, are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
