• Does my wheelchair come fully assembled?
  Your wheelchair will arrive mostly assembled. You will only need to attach a few remaining components upon delivery.

• Can I take my wheelchair on an airplane or cruise?
  Yes. The 5.2AH (124.8WH) lithium-ion battery is approved for travel by most major airlines and cruise lines. It is recommended to check with your airline or cruise provider beforehand to confirm their specific battery regulations.

• Can I push the wheelchair if the battery runs out?
  Yes. The X-lite wheelchair can function as a manual wheelchair. Ensure the power is turned off and disengage the brakes by moving the levers to the unlocked position. This will switch your wheelchair to free wheel mode.

• Does the armrest lift up?
  No, the armrest is fixed and does not raise.

• What is the procedure for charging the battery?
  You can charge the lithium-ion battery using the joystick controller. Charging a fully depleted battery takes between 4-8 hours. If the battery has some charge left, the charging time will be shorter. Once fully charged, disconnect the charger from the battery and unplug it from the power source.

• Can the controller be installed on either side of the wheelchair?
