Airline & Cruise Approved

The standard 12AH lithium-ion battery, approved for airline and cruise travel, provides up to 13 miles of driving range. For longer trips, you can opt for the 20AH lithium-ion battery, offering an extended range of up to 19 miles (please note, the 20AH battery is not approved for airline or cruise use). • The X-9 offers two battery options:

288WH (24V, 12AH) lithium-ion

480WH (24V, 20AH) lithium-ion

• The 12AH battery is airline and cruise approved, providing a range of up to 13 miles (20 km).
• The 20AH battery is not approved for airline or cruise travel, offering a range of up to 19 miles (30 km).
• Charging time for both batteries is 6 to 8 hours.
• The X-9 battery can be charged using a regular home outlet.

• A standard 24V 2A charger is included in the box.

• The motor torque is 1.1Nm, allowing the wheelchair to climb inclines of up to 6 degrees.

Travel Friendly

• The X-9 is a foldable travel wheelchair, designed for easy transport.
• The 12AH (288WH) lithium-ion battery is approved for travel by most major airlines and cruise lines.
• Before traveling by airline or cruise, it is recommended to contact the airline or cruise line to confirm their specific travel battery regulations.

Remote Controller

• The X-9 comes with a remote controller that allows you to maneuver the chair, adjust the speed, honk the horn, and recline the chair (if applicable). The remote operates at distances of up to 30 feet.

Speed

• The X-9 offers five speed selections, with a top speed of 6 km/h (4 mph).
• The speed levels provide 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, or 100% of the maximum speed, with speed one at 20% and speed five at 100%.

• The X-9 series electric wheelchair is built with an aircraft-grade aluminum alloy frame for maximum durability and strength.
• This premium material provides exceptional toughness and corrosion resistance, ensuring the wheelchair endures daily use and delivers long-lasting performance.

Tires

• The X-9 is equipped with pneumatic tires, featuring 12" rear tires and 8" solid front tires. Solid rear tires may be available upon request.

• The reclining X-9 comes with a headrest.

Warranty

• The X-9 comes with a standard warranty that includes 3 years for the frame, and 1 year for the motor, battery, and electronic parts.
• Optional ComfyGO Care and ComfyGO Care+ warranties are available for purchase, offering up to 2 years and 3 years of coverage for batteries and electronics, respectively. These options can be added within 90 days of the delivery date.

Maintenance

• The X-9 requires minimal maintenance. Monthly cleaning, inspection, and tightening of bolts and nuts will help keep your wheelchair in optimal condition. Proper charging of the lithium-ion battery is also essential for extending its lifespan.

• The backrest starts at a 10° angle in its full upright position.
• The backrest can recline up to 55° from the upright position using the joystick controller or remote control.
• The reclining feature enhances user comfort and should only be used when the wheelchair is stationary.
• Using the recline feature while the chair is in motion can lead to tipping and severe injuries.
• Independent control of the backrest and right/left leg rests provides a customized experience for each user.
